229b may request a national identity card or other valid documents for age verification at any time. Restrictions may be placed on the account until verification is complete.
Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods can be used to deposit funds at 229b: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
- Deposit transactions are generally credited to the account instantly.
- The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
- Deposits using third-party payment methods are not permitted.
- There are no additional fees for deposits, however the payment provider may charge its own fees.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The same payment methods apply for withdrawals from 229b: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes after verification.
- The method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
- The withdrawal process may be on hold until identity verification is complete.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements of an active bonus have been met.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
229b offers new players a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The bonus applies only once and only on the first deposit.
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The applicable wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 20x (on the bonus amount).
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bets can only be placed from the bonus balance until the wagering requirements are met.
- Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the bonus is claimed may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- 229b reserves the right to modify or discontinue the bonus program at any time.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Players can advance to higher VIP tiers by remaining consistently active. 229b reserves the right to change the detailed criteria for determining VIP tiers at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the relevant account.
